Mr. Ofem is a seasoned agribusiness leader, agronomist, and agricultural development expert with over 30 years of experience across seed systems, farmer capacity building, agricultural extension, climate-smart agriculture, and agribusiness development in Nigeria. He is the MD/CEO of Digitech Seeds Nigeria Ltd. and a Member of the Global Council of the World Agriculture Forum (Amsterdam), where he contributes to advancing sustainable, climate-resilient food systems and global–local agricultural collaboration.
